Home & Community Care

The Town of Walkerville and the City of Prospect are working together on a range of programs specifically designed for the care and wellbeing of our more vulnerable residents.

The Home and community care (known as HACC) program is available to residents of Walkerville and Prospect and is focussed on the care and wellbeing of senior citizens and younger people with disabilities and the carers.
