Lend your voice to the Community Survey
UPDATE: The Walkerville Community Survey has now closed and the consultation material will be under review before being presented to Elected Members.
The Walkerville Community Survey is now open for residents to provide feedback to Council on its services, infrastructure, health, safety, consultation and communications.
Participants in the survey will provide Council with valuable insights into understanding where residents stand on important issues, as well as assist in future planning and decision-making by Council.
Council’s Group Manager Public Relations & Community Services Sarah Spencer said it would be great to gauge feedback in order to understand current community perception, following the last survey in 2019.
“From our customer service and our weekly newsletter, to events and local reserves – this is an opportunity for residents to have their say on a variety of key initiatives and services,” Ms Spencer said.
“This survey will assist us in measuring how our community feels about specific topics, as well as determining areas for improvement moving forward – particularly since COVID.”
There are a number of ways residents can be involved in the Community Survey:
- Complete the Community Survey by clicking here.
- Talk to one of the McGregor Tan surveyors, who will be conducting random in-person surveys in the Walkerville Council area.
- Fill out a hard copy of the Community Survey, which is available on the consultation table in the foyer of the Walkerville Civic and Community Centre.
Consultation opens at 9am on Tuesday 14 March 2023 and closes at 5pm on Friday 21 April 2023.
