Proposed declaration pursuant to Section 210(1) of the Local Government Act 1999
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Walkerville proposes to make a declaration pursuant to Section 210(1) of the Local Government Act 1999, converting the following private road within its Council area into a public road on 7 February 2025, or thereafter:
- The private road allotment 20 in deposited plan 519 contained in Certificate of Title Volume 5479 Folio 15 in the suburb of Medindie.
The executors, administrators, heirs and assigns of the last known registered proprietors of the above land, the estate of the late Walter Henry Wadey and the estate of the late Thomas Carter, may contact the Council about the said declaration.
