Rate rebates
Some people and/or organisations may be eligible for a rate rebate under section 159 of the Local Government Act 1999.
This includes:
- community groups;
- health care organisations; and
- educational organisations.

How do I apply?
To apply for a rate rebate, please fill out the application form and return it to our office at 66 Walkerville Terrace, Gilberton, or via email at walkerville@walkerville.sa.gov.au.
What happens next?
You must make the required payments for your rates, pending the outcome of your application. Once the application has been assessed, you will be advised of the outcome in writing.
