Justice of the Peace
Council's Justice of the Peace service operates at the Civic & Community Centre during the times below:
- Mondays: 9.30am - 3pm
- Tuesdays: 11am - 1pm
- Wednesdays: 11am - 1pm
- Thursdays: 11am - 1pm
No bookings are required; just turn up on the day.
Please note that Council staff are unable to assist with witnessing documents. If you require a witness, you will need to bring them along on the day.
To help with your appointment, please also remember to:
- bring appropriate identification as the JP will be required to confirm your identity;
- ensure you have the original documents in order to have copies certified; and
- in case you require photocopying services, please bring cash or card for payment.
Our JPs are volunteers, so times are subject to availability. Please phone Council on 8342 7100 on the day if you wish to confirm the JP's availability.
