Town of Walkerville Elected Member Gifts and Benefits Register

Section 63 of the Local Government Act 1999 details the Code of Conduct for Council Members.

The mandatory Code of Conduct came into effect on 1 September 2013.

Where an Elected Member receives a gift or benefit of more than $100, there is a requirement for the Elected Member to advise the CEO and that this information be recorded within the gifts and benefits register.
