Immunisation

In response to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, some community services have been impacted.

Please note that immunisation programs will not be provided at Walkerville Civic and Community Centre until further notice.

Due to COVID-19, all Eastern Health Authority immunisation clinics will now be held at St Peters Library Complex, 101 Payneham Road, St Peters. These immunisation clinics will be conducted on an appointment basis only. Please book your future appointment by calling 8132 3600 or visiting www.eha.sa.gov.au/booking/start.

Local councils working together to protect the health of the community

The Eastern Health Authority is managed by a Board comprising elected members from the City of Burnside, Campbelltown City Council, the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, the City of Prospect and the Corporation of the Town of Walkerville.

The members representing Walkerville Council are Councillor Marylou Bishop and the Group Manager Planning, Environment and Regulatory Services, Andreea Caddy.

The Eastern Health Authority provides the immunisation programs on behalf of Walkerville Council such as the:

  • National Immunisation Program
  • School Based Immunisation Program
  • Worksite Immunisations

The Authority's staff can respond to your enquiries, and assist with professional advice on a variety of immunisation matters.
