Q&A with James

Q: What is a fun fact about yourself?
A: For over 10 years, as part of the South Australian Road Runners Club, a Vale Park resident and myself have organised a weekly Thursday morning 10km run or walk from the old YMCA site. It’s free, we have a Facebook page that shows the run route each week, we have around 150+ members and their ages range from 16 to 80. The running is fun, but the coffee on Walkerville Terrace afterwards is better though!

Q: How long have you lived in the Town of Walkerville?
A: 58 years.

Q: What is your favourite part or place within the Township?
A: Walkerville Oval, Hamilton Reserve, Linear Park, my home and my business.

Q: What is your key area of focus while on Council and what do you hope to achieve as part of this?
A: Improving community, strategic planning, heritage and open space/environment in the Township.
